Water is a transparent, colorless chemical compound with one oxygen atom covalently bonded to two hydrogen atoms. Water is recycled continuously on Earth through evaporation, transpiration, condensation, precipitation, and other means. Some common water-related illnesses are diarrhea, giardiasis, dysentery, typhoid fever, E. Coli infection, and salmonellosis.
